Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Damages and Lost packages:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please monitor your tracking information and email us if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it. If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for an update. We will also file a lost package claim on your behalf and do our best to assist in locating your order or securing reimbursement from the carrier.

Please note that full refunds for lost packages are issued by the shipping provider, not by us.
